Demographics
Age: The age of our target audience is for teenagers, but more specifically ages 13-19.
Gender: Both females and males are able to watch it but our opening is more aimed at females because they will be able to relate to it more as there aren't many male characters in it.
Class: Mostly will be aimed at working/middle class people as the settings and lifestyle of our opening and the characters in it is more similar to that class. This will make it more relatable overall.
Race: Our opening is more aimed at white British because this is the only race in the opening.
So overall, our film is aimed at teenagers aged from 13-19 that are mostly white British females that are working/middle class because we feel as though they would be the people who would relate to our opening the best as most of our characters are the same.
Psychographics
Interests: Teenagers usually spend their free time going to parties and spending time with their friends, as they are very sociable similar to the party in our opening they like being around good friends. So this way, the teenagers that watch our opening will be able to relate because they will be doing the same in their everyday lives.
Teenagers also have a lot of interest in music and the music we have in our opening is very similar to music teenagers listen to, so by having that in our opening it will make them want to carry on watching.
Beliefs: Our opening is very relatable as lots of teenagers knows how it feels to fall out with friends and make mistakes that they massively regret. This allows them to be able to put themselves in the characters shoes and know what's going on in each of their heads.
